ISO (=I’m looking for; don’t buy!) Carets Victoria barefoot wingtip oxfords 5

Carets is discontinuing their Victoria wingtip oxfords for women, which is too bad! Such cute barefoot dress shoes! I am looking for a size 5, preferably brown or oxblood, though you could interest me in black. I’d like them to be in good shape (they will in fact be work shoes for me), and I hope to pay half or less than half retail. Please reach out if you have a pair or see them anywhere! Thank you!
