ISO Lilka Anthropologie Columbus Lounge Pajama Pants Blue White Ships ISO

In search of a pair of lounge pants offered by Anthropologie a long time ago. Around 12-15 years ago. Called the "Columbus Pants." They are white with blue ships and a blue waist band. I don't know what size I need, probably a medium but could possibly use a large or extra large, depending on the measurements. Very interested in obtaining a pair of these pants, even if not in the greatest shape. Any info appreciated. The picture of the pants is a picture of item I'm searching for. They are not for sale.
