ISO Maurice’s wide band black leggings

I am looking for these black leggings in a size small or medium, length regular or long (preferably medium long). The extra wide waist band is about 4 inches tall/thick. Periodically there are rectangles sewn to secure the sturdy band to the legging material. I think it may have been called a comfort band or waist cinching. The last I saw it in Maurice’s stores was 2021.
