They just put me on adipex for whatever reason I'm not even that big lol. But I have bad shoulders from basketball a really bad fall I took playin and they want me to get some weight off so I'll lose weight in my chest lol to see if that doesn't help cause if not then it's on to an MRI, physical therapy, and then rotor cuff and breast reduction lol. So he wants me to give this a week or so to kick in and see how that works and see if I really need the shakes or just the workout lol
