Measures 13”, hips 19.5” and inseam is just about 25”
I’m also putting a couple of photos up for you. If you’re interested I’d love to see your and get measurements as well! Also these were washed recently and I will say that they are slightly bigger after about 15 minutes of wearing them.

Hi again. It looks like the waist of my 25s is also 13” flat and the hips are 19” flat. The inseam of mine measures 24”.
