ISO This outfit!! Either piece! Any info, please!

I love this outfit but haven't been able to find anything like either piece. If you have (or even recognize) these items, please let me know! The photo is from an online article about an interior designer but I can't locate it again. The top is really interesting--note the coloring and striping on the sleeves. I'd be interested in any size for the top. I'm normally a small or medium. It's a wrap-style, so probably a bit adjustable. I could alter a size that's too big. As for the pants, I think a 4 or a medium could work, but would like measurements. Thanks for any leads--you all are the best!
