dulcemillie @kmathews2303 I think so. 😊 I just measured mine while laying flat and the underarm to under arm is 17.5” and the waist where the bodice and the skirt is sewn together is 14” The skirt flares so it’s accommodating. It’s such a gorgeous dress. It’s just a little too snug for me and with it being so delicate I’m sure wearing it would separate some at the seams and ruin the gorgeous fabric. It doesn’t have any stretch to it. 😔 I wish I could find a 2 or 3 as my issue is with the bust.
