ISO long mermaid dress with high neckline, any brand, 35" bust 35.5" hips

In search of long (floor length or so) mermaid-shaped dress! Any brand and size to fit 35" bust (31" underbust) and 35"-35.5" hips. Most brands design sizes for hips 3"-4" wider than bust, so hourglass/apple figures are hard to find! Forever 21 size small works, J.Crew and Anthropologie size 4 are close. Alternatively, a corseted bodice could work, then just sized to fit hips. High neckline front and back (crew neck, scoop neck, mock neck, shallow V neck, cap sleeves, etc. - not strapless, off the shoulder, spaghetti straps, one shoulder, halter, or open back). Any color, any material with little or no stretch (i.e. no spandex, hoping to show curves but not VPL!), preferably lined. Will consider any decent condition. Tag me in your listing or comment here.
