ISO narrow ballet flats

Hi! My feet are like skis! My true shoe size is 10.5 narrow. This is nearly impossible to find. I usually just go for size 10 shoes that happen to run long and narrow. I desperately need some simple ballet flats that fit the bill in black, nude or tan. I love soft square or almond toe shapes. Does anyone have flats that felt too narrow/long that they are looking to sell?
