jrzygyrl @linds14_ Yes, you have to use them because the post office scans it. The 5 Dollars Shipping is a negotiated price with the post office. If you ship them out any other way you will have to pay the price on your own which is usually about $7. But then the customer and posh Mark will not have any tracking information, so you and the customer would not be covered if the package were you get lost. I've heard you can go to fed/ex kinko's and print them out.

jrzygyrl It sounds like you have to select the correct printer. I get that message sometimes because we've had two printers in my computers history. Maybe the wrong printer is selected and all you have to do is select the right one?
