ISO - trying to recreate this look - top and skirt size L

Help me recreate this look. Sweater or long sleeve top with olive/gold/blue ombré stripes or something with the same feel and similar colors. Skirt is a pattern with apples but it could be any pattern as long as it hits the look. Thanks for any help here!
