atxclosets @carly1201 Hi! I am so sorry, but after another customer received shorts, I realized that I mixed up your shorts with hers (you’ll receive purple lulu shorts and she received the white ones). I’m so so sorry again - it’s a complete mixup and my fault.

atxclosets After talking to the other girl, she’s willing to cross out the adress on the shipping label of the package containing the white shorts and replace it with yours so you can both send each other the correct shorts (will still be priority if we use the original shipping label but different adress). I can give you both each other’s shipping addresses if you’re up for it! If not, I can probably arrange for you to return the shorts to me and send them out from there, but it would take a lot longer.

If she doesn’t respond or they haven’t shipped yet, I’ll be happy to reimburse you, but I just want to make sure everyone in this situation is protected before doing so, and I’ll have to go through poshmark.

If they don’t get to either of your addresses in the next few days (probably a week) I’ll contact you via phone number to comply with poshmarks policies.
