@pstohler yes it is. It’s has the shall and a piece that goes in the middle that snaps incase it’s too low. Never been worn.

I have this in mocha and had to order a size up in order for it to be delivered in time. 10 fit me great with a need for some altering.
Would love to talk with you about options if this was something I could try.. I am worried 8 may be too small. W pop up lid u be up for a try on and if too small I would ship back.
