IXiA Mini Swing Dress with Tie Sleeves

Ultra soft stretchy fabric (almost like a felt feel) with a blue background and mini orange flowers on stems. Has open short sleeves with a tie and has multiple seams in the bodice and skirt. There is no size or fabric tag - probably a size small and rayon blend. Dress is in excellent used condition. Measurements are approximate and do not include additional stretch.
