IZ Byer Beaded Straped Dress

Like new beaded dark navy blue dress with adjustable straps by IZ Byer. Only worn once. The beads are orange, light blue, red and gold. The dress is a very thin flowy material with a built in slip like garmet underneath. It's an extra small, which seems accurate. For reference I'm 5'3, ~108lbs, 32C.
