IZ Byer Maroon Patterned Lace Dress

Just above knee-length maroon dress. Lace panels on the top in both front and back, polka dot panel running along bottom. Waist tie is slightly damaged. A part of the inside was pulled out, but it doesn’t appear to be spreading or tearing further
