IZ Byer Size 5 Dress | Blue and Black Peplum Work Dress

Cute Peplum dress that I bought in probably 2009. Very comfortable and stretchy material. Absolutely does not fit me anymore. There are some white marks on the bottom of the dress as shown in the photos. Hits about Knee length a bit shorter if you're curvier. Approximately 15.5" pit to pit
