IZ Byer blouse

This is an IZ Byer blouse, extra small, NWT. It is so fun and flowy and will look great for fall! Unfortunately, it was too small for me so it needs a great home. The sleeves have elastic cuffs and are 3/4 in length. The back has a beautiful cut out detail that will show off well when your hair is up! Slight high-low look as the front is higher than the back. There is no stretch to the material besides the sleeve cuffs. 100% polyester. No damage. Non smoker. Thank you and have a beautiful day!
