IZ Byer dress from Kohl’s. Teal with lace and brown belt. Size Large. Worn twice

Teal lace dress with ruffle detail on top. Adjustable straps. Bottom is double layered. Belt loop on right side is broke but belt can still be worn. Lace section is 70% cotton, 30% nylon. Bodice and lining are 100% polyester. Says hand wash but I did machine wash gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry.
