IZ Byer girl, womens top/dress

This is a stunning piece by IZ girl Byer, a size 16 - but runs much smaller, more like a size 12. Beautifully intertwined patterns, with subtle iridescent, vertical lines running from top to bottom. * approximately 28" from top of piece to bottom. * 18" at waist line, and has a small tie at that area. * simple, lightweight, inner liner ( in pink ) underneath the the dress. * Questions always welcome. * Excellent condition - never worn. * Bell sleeves
