IZ Byer striped button up blouse

Black blouse with white and pale yellow stripes. There is a button hole missing on the very bottom as pictured, it was manufactured with two buttons instead of one button and one button hole. It is not noticeable when wearing as the twist at the bottom of the blouse hides it.
