gloriouspraise @sythriftshop No worries! Buyers always have 3 hours to cancel. This is how: 1. Sign on to poshmark. 2. Press your profile icon picture on bottom right corner. 3. Scroll down to "my purchases" 4. Select the purchase. 5. Scroll down to select "Problems/Order." 6. Select "Accidental Purchase." 7. Select "Yes." If you have trouble you can Google the directions. Plz let me know if you are successful!

gloriouspraise @sythriftshop No worries! I once accidentally bought a $79 "teenie" bikini! I messaged posh support in a panic. I learned how to cancel from that mistake! I also learned to never ship a sale until 3 hours after a purchase because a buyer could change their mind and cancel. I hope you check back again sometime. I am willing to take much less on most of my closet.

sythriftshop @gloriouspraise thank you so much for making me feel so much better. I was lucky it wasn’t an extremely expensive item and that I noticed right away…lol! Same here…I have now learned how to cancel a purchase here since it was a first for me :) Thanks again for being so understanding. I will check out your closet!

gloriouspraise @sythriftshop I am happy to have been of help! If it had been past the 3 hours a seller can still cancel the sale, which I would have done. The only way it would be too late is if the item is shipped after the 3 hours. Then, it is more complicated. A buyer could plead their situation to poshmark. Poshmark has been very fair whenever I have encountered problems. Hope you enjoy this site. I love it. To get more sales, "share" frequently. Blessings! Gloria
