Ice blue sparkly floral Jovani prom dress

I got so many compliments during my event I wore this at 💗 This is sparkly but the sequins aren’t chunky (if you know what I mean), which looks way better imo The color is like a light, icy blue Off the shoulders, strapless- size 2 Only worn once for four hours This would be perfect for prom or any formal event- I wore this to my sorority formal No alterations done at all- this is the way the original one is For reference, I’m 5’3 and I have four inch heels on The bottom does have staining inside, but it’s not visible when you wear it. There’s also some makeup staining on the inside lining at the very top. May come out if you dry clean it, but I personally haven’t tried to treat it
