EUC Idem Ditto Cropped Ruffle Open Back Blouse in a dark teal green color. Deep v-neckline (looks cute with bralette underneath) and elasticized at shoulders to be worn on or off shoulder. Bubble sleeve with elastic at wrist and ruffle. Empire bustline, ruffle bottom that falls longer in the back than front. Open back to mid waist with elastic for comfort, two adjustable ties to keep blouse on comfortably.
