This Ieena for Mac Duggal floral belted dress with chiffon overlay is so elegant. The puff sleeves are short and sheer and the bodice and skirt are fully lined in black polyester with chiffon overlay which is pleated at the bodice and has an attached belt with bow. A concealed back zipper zips from waist up. Length is approx 48” from top to bottom hem. This dress was never worn as the event I intended it for was canceled.
