Igigi Penelope Skirt and Obi in Malachite Green

Igigi Penelope Skirt and matching obi in Malachite Green. This set has been altered -- the skirt length has been raised to a mini length for wearing with leggings or tall boots and is now 19 inches from waist to hem. The obi was also reinforced with stitching to help it keep it's shape when worn. The black top shown in the outfit is not included. Very generously sized 26/28. The skirt is a beautiful chevron woven fabric overlay with a teal green underskirt and lots of stretch. Elastic waist.
