Ignite evenings for floral hi low dress

This pretty dress starts out with a net polyester top fitted with inset shoulders. The skirt is a beautiful Moody floral, mostly black and white taffeta. It comes out very full circle. It’s a little higher in the front than the back and there’s a lovely little crinoline to keep it full. I show the bowtied in the back, but you could just as easily tie it in the front the perfect dress for a ballerina in excellent condition
