Isli New York. Size P. Little black top with sequined dragon. So, back in the day, I loved this with my skinny jeans and a high heel. I wore it probably 8 times. It got no rips, tears or stains. There is a slight fraying on one strap (see pictures). The embroidery is fully intact. It has a banded bottom, so it does that sit on your hip and slightly blouse shape. I loved it, my kids call it “vintage”. Sigh.
