Ikat Polka Dot Dress

This dress has a shawl like shoulder/sleeve. There is an elastic band around the waist that creates a cinched waist. The back has a shallow v that mimics the v in the neck. The base color of this dress is a grey/blue and the polka dots are white, black, and turquoise. This dress is really versatile, looks good in the summer with a pair of sandals and just as good in the fall with a pair of boots and a sweater!! Is in good condition and comes from a smoke free home.
