Nice pre-used condition. This skirt is a vintage size 12, but it measures closer to a size 6-8. I put the skirt on my size 6 mannequin for pictures, and it was just a little too big on it. Please look at measurements closely. B9

chinacat18 @heidi__grace Hello! The back of the waistband is not elastic, and the skirt is not see through. The skirt size is definitely not a modern size 12, though. The waist band has little stretch. Thankyou for your interest!
