meganbolgert @kimbakj It is completely up to you if you want to accept or deny the offer, You can go back and forth and see if you and the seller agree on the price. It is very similar to ebay or bidding. You put in the price you want and see if the buyer will accept! :) I truly don't believe buyers mind what amount you put in the offer (or they shouldn't at least) ;)
