clothesaddict72 Not sure why you are getting that message. Make sure your payment info is correct, I.e., credit card/bank. If that is not it, Suggest that you send msg to support@poshmark..com for assistance. I always turn things off and on to try to reset everything. Hope this helps!

clothesaddict72 Very puzzling 🤔 Suggest you send an email to support@poshmark.com and explain what is happening. It may take a couple of days for them to give you a remedy, In the meantime you may want to get with the seller and ask them to hold the item you are trying to buy. Sorry I couldn't help out. Please let me what you find out.

mommyc Ive seen this before. More than likely its the same issue...if ur a new customer & u use ur card a good bit on here within the 1st week they do this sometimes until they can "verify" ur card. Meaning u bought stuff & it hasnt cleared yet for them to get the money so they want to make sure its not stolen. Email posh & that usually fixes it pretty quickly. Or try using a dif card .hope that helps.

livylove I hope they get this figured out for you :) when I accepted your offer it said there was a problem with your credit card. I would try erasing it and trying the info again maybe a number is off. Sorry you are having this issue!
