Does the stress on the inside liner cause any creasing or visual stresses outside?

@kini13 hello, I examined the jacket. The stress is on the liner and is not visible on the outside of the jacket. If you would like me to make a video, please let me know. It’s a cute jacket. I think whoever had it should have gotten a large instead of a medium.
