Iman Global Chic peplum top 3X in cobalt blue

This is an Iman Global Chic top, in cobalt blue. It is new and never worn. It has cap sleeves and bust darts along with a side zipper. It is fitted but not tight to the waist and then there is a peplum skirt from the waist down. The back peplum skirt has 3 pleats for added flair. The fabric is 82% polyester, 13% rayon and 5% spandex. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. This top works beautifully with fitted jeans, pants or pencil skirt.
