Imitation crocodile boots from Mexico-Leather size 6.5 narrow

Here's a pair of imitation crocodile boots but are all in leather. I wore them a lot, but I'm not sure how because these are tight on me and I'm a true size 7 and I have a narrow foot and they feel tight. Maybe my feet got fat. Rayo De Plata on the inside and also says: for export to USA only, and inside the boot it says in spanish: Arrasando Frommerras!!!! I tried looking it up but I couldn't figure out what it means.
