Imogene and Willie James Jeans 23 fit like a 24/25

Amazing pair of jeans, the wash is beautiful, they are meant to sit on your hips for a boyfriend look. These are 100% cotton and have been professionally hemmed to 29". There is a small dark spot which I pictured but believe it is part of the dye from the jeans, it's always been there, I just want to be thorough. If you have any questions please let me know. All measurements are in the pictures. For reference these fit on the larger side. I usually wear a 24 or 25 in Imogene and Willie. My hips are 36" and my waist is 26.5" and these fit comfortably. If you cuff them have been made with the selvedge edge which looks cute.
