Imperial Powder Blue A line Choker dress XS

This is a dress by imperial. It is powder blue and has an A line silhouette. The sleeves are 3/4 length and has v neck line with a choker. It is new but does have some makeup marks on the inside back (see pictures) from someone trying it on. This doesn't affect the dress. New no tags.
