Imported European floral tunic

Another very chic European piece! EUC since I only wore it once. It was cute, but tastes change. (I wore it as a dress with basic white sneakers.) Back buttons with a spare on the dummy tag just in case. Crew neckline, fully lined. Machine washable, despite the material looking and feeling like silk! This dress is from a European brand called VANILIA, it is very expensive to buy this new in the US, since it’s technically an import. I bought this in Amsterdam years ago. Original price was about $100—$40 OBO! Comment for measurements below.
