This teal blouse from In Charge is pretty cute! It's vintage from the 80s. It's teal and slightly cropped. It has 3/4 length sleeves. It has shoulder pads and pleated shoulders. The shoulders have a slit in them (intentional). It's in great condition with no rips, stains, or tears. No stretch. Tagged as a medium, might fit a small or smaller medium better.
