InBloom floral tiered maxi dress NWT size small

Beautiful delicate floral tiered maxi dress with a smocked necklace and synched waist. So pretty but a bit big on me. New with tags. Reminds me of doen. I would say this is best for a 27-30” waist (but it is stretchy!) Would trade for an XS!
