InWear black dress, 6

Beautiful and unique knee length dress by European designer InWear size 6 (but fits small). Beautiful detail in front and back - see photos. A couple of loose buttons. Cap sleeves - opening is quite small (12” around) 41.5” long. Comes with cloth belt but single belt loop is loose (see photo).
