Period piece meets punk with this velvet trimmed and lace cutout kelly green dress. Never worn. Love this kelly green so much. Lined with cream lining throughout except sleeves. 13” across waist. Armpit is 15” approx. , upper shoulder width is 13. Length is 35 inches. Small and no give in fabric. they did give some allowance for some boobs. How nice of them ☺️
