Incredibly sweet light purple jacket

This button down ruffled jacket comes with a ribbon to tie around the waist and poofs a little around the skirt. It is a light but sturdy fabric. The sleeps end at the elbows with ruffles. It was an adorable jacket, I just never had anything to wear it to. It has only been worn twice. It is in perfect condition.
