Indah Balmy Open Side and Back mini dress. Euc. Size XS. Manufacturing defect from the printing process—a spot missing dye—see photo. It’s located on the bottom back and not noticeable due to the folds in my opinion—I didn’t notice it when I purchased the dress. Approximate measurements- length 33.5”, waist unstretched- 12”, waist stretches comfortably to 17”.
