@eb1417 so the Indah website claims the medium fits sizes 28-31 ... they lace up, so there is some give to them how tight/loose you want them - I’m a true size 26 and thought since they were lace up it wouldn’t be an issue -they are just too loose on me even laced the tightest & I wear a small, so I’d say yes they are a true size medium
