First of all, let's get this over with. I'm assuming that "on size" means "one size" since I don't see any size listed. We all know that's one of the oldest lies in fashion, so I'm going to say that the fabric is beautiful, soft, and somewhat stretchy, but if you look at the measurements it pretty much will fit you if you're xs, small, or medium. It's so colorful, and in perfect condition. Can be worn off-shoulder or just low on shoulders. Elastic goes around entire neckline, and there's some bling on the chest area, I hope you can see it in my photos. It's pretty enough that I forgive the "on size" and hope you will as well!
