damiangray @oliviasgoldcafe Sorry, just now got home from work..( no rest for a weary Stager like myself! It's that time of year.. 😆) The waist is approx.17.5" laid flat, hips are roughly 18.5", ( the fabric has a little stretch to it) This is a nice summer dress w sandals, a beach cover-up & really looks good buttoned partially down the front over jeans.It comes w the leather belt, as seen. damiangray @oliviasgoldcafe Almost forgot. I cant find a content label,but I'm pretty sure it's a smooth,washable rayon...Purshased at the local Surf shop, here in Southampton.
