Reposhing this item I purchased from lovkya. The quality did not match the price I paid for it. The skirt is beautiful and soft. I could have worn it with a cute top (which is why you see tops in my closet - trying to find something to wear with this). The top for this outfit is unfinished with loose fabric - seen in pics. Top would need to be tailored out for my 42" chest. Skirt is big enough to be tailored in for my 35" waist and 42" hips.
