newbeautylover1 @eleanorcioffi hi, this product comes with original packaging where you add the refill.. so you get the regular packing + refill. The reason they do this is so you don’t have to dispose of the regular package (one with the pump) and you can purchase refills when done. Also because this is vitamin A (retinol alternative), it keeps the ingredients at the freshest form. Maybe take a look at their official website and they’ll have pictures of that. Thanks!
