Band new. Originally purchased online fr Noracora (need I say more for those of you familiar..) I am a true Am. XL, this would fit a true Medium swell although their label says XL.Made in China. Cotton blend. Has a slickness to the touch. Were it to fit would be a wonderful contemporary dress shirt for any occasion or upbeat workplace. Fr smoke/pet free place.
